Diaries and notebooks of Sarah Baldwin Hadley of Canterbury, Connecticut and the diaries, school and religious notebooks of her daughter, Sarah Louise Hadley of Canterbury, Connecticut and Brooklyn, New York who was a teacher. Sarah Baldwin Hadley's diaries primarily include references to her dairy farm while her daughter's diaries contain material concerning the Woman's Christian Temperance Union and the Ladies Auxiliary of Newent Congregational Church in Lisbon, Connecticut.
